Scott Houston is a program consultant and Director, and is a former member of the Special Air Service Regiment (SAS). His military experiences have taken him from the battlefields of Afghanistan to the boardroom of his own award winning company Executive Risk Solutions (ERS).
After leaving the SAS in 2003, Scott joined the civilian workforce and gained valuable corporate experience, before starting the solutions-focused ERS in 2008. In 2014 Scott’s business won the Western Australian Business Rising Star award, and in 2015 was awarded Telstra Australian Business of the Year. Scott’s strengths are in his laser focus and unwavering dedication to achieving goals, evident in his great success as a businessman.
Luke "Blue" Andrews

At 23 years of age Luke embarked on the selection process for one of Australia’s elite Special Forces units, a role that sparked his passion for high-performance cultures and excellence. Over the next decade, Luke honed these skills in Special Operations, and later, transitioned to corporate Australia, armed with an MBA from the University of Queensland care of the prestigious Wandering Warriors MBA scholarship program. Today, Luke leverages his unique background to offer strategic insights and foster a culture of belonging and excellence. Apart from holding a board position with TYH, he is a Program Manager at The Krait Foundation which provides a career readiness program for all current and ex-serving Australian Special Operations Command personnel. He brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into the challenges faced by veterans transitioning from military to civilian life. The combination of serving and growing up in a military family has ensured Blue’s passion for helping both veterans and their families is always burning strong.

With over 30 years oil and gas industry experience, Jason imparts a specialised skillset – working with and leading teams in the execution of prominent global capital projects from concept to completion.
Renowned and respected for his pragmatic, results-oriented leadership, Jason’s expertise is in project management – specifically change management, talent development, mentorship and motivation, ensuring his teams and projects remain at the forefront of exciting industry developments.
Jason is a respected and attentive Board member of several Not for Profits – devoting time, energy and knowledge over the past decade to represent global charities in their fundraising for children’s cancer research. Creating real and impactful change drives Jason to continue collaborating with charitable groups, ensuring their compliance while effectively developing, directing and managing – refining organisational standards and elevating repute.
