Jason Antunovich

With over 30 years oil and gas industry experience, Jason imparts a specialised skillset – working with and leading teams in the execution of prominent global capital projects from concept to completion.

Renowned and respected for his pragmatic, results-oriented leadership, Jason’s expertise is in project management – specifically change management, talent development, mentorship and motivation, ensuring his teams and projects remain at the forefront of exciting industry developments.

Jason is a respected and attentive Board member of several Not for Profits – devoting time, energy and knowledge over the past decade to represent global charities in their fundraising for children’s cancer research. Creating real and impactful change drives Jason to continue collaborating with charitable groups, ensuring their compliance while effectively developing, directing and managing – refining organisational standards and elevating repute.

Mark Wales

Mark Wales

Chief Executive Officer

As a former Special Operations commander, Mark completed ten tours of duty and learned about leadership, performance and teamwork in the toughest environments. Mark applied the lessons he learned as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, and as a founder of an ecommerce startup. Mark is on a mission to improve the performance of leaders and teams in any organisation, and is devoted to the reintegration of service members back into society.

Mark is a graduate of The Australian Defence Force Academy (’99), and an MBA graduate from the Wharton School of Business (WG’14).

Damien Schofield

Damien Schofield

Founder

Damien Schofield is the son of a Vietnam Veteran and the program’s founder and manager. Damien is a health and fitness professional who has extensive training in both group and individual physical therapy techniques, having studied under Dr Arne Rubinstein and ocean adventurer Mark Visser. He has a accomplished background in martial arts having been trained by 11 time World Champion John Wayne Parr. While Damien’s professional career has included work with professional sports people and other high performance groups, he has also worked broadly with those experiencing problems related to drug dependence and misuse, as well as those suffering mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and PTSD. One of Damien’s key strengths is the ability to design and deliver evidence based, best practice and holistic programs tailored to the specific needs of the individual or group.

Renee Schofield

Founder

Renee Schofield is the program manager and draws upon her extensive experience in event management, business development, sales and marketing, logistics and on site program delivery from her roles with Domaine Wine Shippers, Delegat Australia and Tourism Australia. Renee is passionate about delivering a seamless event and draws on her strengths of being highly organised and dedicated approach to achieving targets and goals.

Scott Houston

Scott Houston

Program Consultant

Scott Houston is a program consultant and Director, and is a former member of the Special Air Service Regiment (SAS). His military experiences have taken him from the battlefields of Afghanistan to the boardroom of his own award winning company Executive Risk Solutions (ERS).

After leaving the SAS in 2003, Scott joined the civilian workforce and gained valuable corporate experience, before starting the solutions focused ERS in 2008. In 2014 Scott’s business won Western Australian Business Rising Star award, and in 2015 was awarded Telstra Australian Business of the Year. Scott’s strengths are in his laser focus and unwavering dedication to achieving goals, evident in his great success as a businessmen.

Simon Robinson

Simon Robinson

Program Consultant

Simon Robinson is a program consultant and Director. Simon served with the Australian Defence Force for fifteen years, most of that time with an elite Special Missions Unit. In this position he coordinated and commanded dozens of complex missions.

Simon has extensive experience in the development and delivery of rigorous military training programs. Simon’s outstanding interpersonal skills make him a popular and successful teacher and mentor.
